Product Description

Sodium fluoride is a potent inhibitor of acid phosphatases, serine phosphatases and threonine phosphatases. It is soluble in water (40mg/ml) and a typical working concentration used is 1 to 20 mM. This phosphatase inhibitor can be combined with lysis and extraction buffers to support downstream purification procedures.
