This protease cocktail is ideal for use with mammalian cells and tissue extracts, as well as bacterial cell extracts involved in metal ion chelation chromatography. It contains six protease inhibitors with broad specificity, effectively inhibiting aspartic, cysteine, and serine proteases, along with aminopeptidases.
