Product Description
Tris Buffered Saline Tween (TBST) is a buffer-surfactant solution supporting a stable pH range between 7.4 and 8.0. When combined in a variable ratio, TBST is an effective wash buffer in Western blotting, in situ hybridization procedures, and immunohistochemistry staining, as it minimizes non specific binding of the materials without disrupting antigen-antibody binding. TBST is also used as an antibody diluent in immunoassays, supports an array of molecular biology techniques, and supports bioprocessing protocols. This TBST is formulated in WFI-Quality Water.
