Tris-base is a widely used biological buffer in various research applications in biochemistry, molecular biology, and cell biology. The buffering capabilities of Tris-base are effective in the pH range of 7.0-9.0, making it suited for various biological applications. This buffer is widely used in protocols for DNA and RNA extraction, in situ hybridization, protein extraction from cells, in agarose gel electrophoresis, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and as a wash buffer in Western blotting. This formulation of Tris-Base is made in WFI-Quality Water and is ideal for BioProcessing Protocols
