Product Description
The Triethylammonium Bicarbonate Buffer (TEAB) is a volatile mobile phase buffer commonly used in biochemical and biological applications. With a buffering range between pH of 8.4-8.6 it is compatible in proteomics research, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) analyses of proteins, and as an ion-pairing reagent for oligonucleotide separation. TEAB buffer is also used in ion-exchange chromatography for studying noncovalent macromolecular complexes under “nondenaturing” conditions.
