Product Description
The Triethylammonium Acetate (TEAA) buffer is a versatile buffer used in biological applications. With a pH range between 6.9-7.1, it serves as an ion-pairing reagent for chromatographic separations, especially in oligonucleotide research. TEAA also has applications in proteomics studies, glycopeptide separation, and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) analyses of peptides and proteins. It has also been used for the purification of chemically synthesized nucleotides and DNA.
