Product Description
The Sucrose Solution is capable of providing energy to cultured cells through several metabolic pathways, helping to maintain osmotic balances essential for the survival of the cells during culture processes. Sucrose also supports several other laboratory processes, including bioprocessing, fermentation, and as an aqueous solution for density gradient centrifugation for DNA/RNA purification, and for the separation of organelles. This formulation is made at a 20% concentration of sucrose in WFI-Quality Water
