Product Description
The 4X Stripping Buffer (Medium) is a less stringent stripping solution comprising of glycine and the detergents such as SDS and Tween-20. It is used for breaking antibody-antigen interactions, resulting in removal of primary and secondary antibodies from probed Western blot membranes without significantly affecting the immobilized proteins. This solution enables reprobing Westen blot membranes several times with different antibodies, preventing the need for running multiple gels and transfers.
