Product Description
The RIPA Buffer is used for rapid, efficient cell lysis and solubilization of proteins from adherent and suspension cultured mammalian cells and tissue samples. With the combined action of its ionic detergents, the RIPA buffer is extremely useful for disruption of all proteins within cellular compartments, including nuclear, membrane, and mitochondria. This buffer is compatible with many downstream applications, such as SDS-PAGE, immunoprecipitation, Western blot, and ELISA assays.
