The Human RBC (Red Blood Cell) Lysis Buffer is designed to selectively lyse red blood cells while leaving other cells intact. It is commonly used in research and clinical laboratories to prepare samples for further analysis, such as flow cytometry and cell culture. This lysis buffer works by disrupting the cell membrane of erythrocytes, allowing for the release and subsequent removal of hemoglobin and other intracellular contents.
