Orange-G Blue Loading Dye solution contains a mixture of dyes, including Orange G, bromophenol blue, and xylene cyanol, which migrate at different rates during electrophoresis, providing a visual indicator of the progress of the molecular separation. This loading dye is useful in loading DNA samples into gel electrophoresis wells, for tracking the migration of nucleic acids and to estimate the size of DNA fragments during the electrophoresis process.Â
