Notes: Product comes with separate metal mix solution (Calcium Chloride Dihydrate [126 mM], Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate [49 mM], Magnesium Sulfate [41 mM]) to avoid calcium phosphate precipitation. To prepare 1 L of 1X solution, add 100 mL of HBSS (10X), 10 mL of metal mix solution and 890 mL of deionized water. The pH of the 1X solution will be 7.4 ± 0.15.
