Product Description
The Citrate Buffer comprising of Sodium citrate dihydrate and Citric acid is commonly used to maintain pH levels within the range of 3.0 to 6.2. This buffer supports several applications in molecular biology, pathology, histology, immunohistochemistry, and RNA isolation. It also aids in the detection of antigens in fixed tissue preparations as it induces the breaking cross-links between antigens and components in the fixation medium. BB-2036 is created at 0.5M concentration and a pH of 7.0.
