Bradford Dye Reagent is a protein dye for use in Bradford Assays and allows protein concentration to be assessed rapidly. The reagent is intended for protein concentrations of 100-1500 μg, creating a change in solution color when protein is bound, which can be quantified using a spectrophotometer.Â
