Ammonium-Chloride-Potassium (ACK) Lysis Buffer is a specialized red blood cell lysis buffer, while maintaining white blood cell condition. ACK Lysis Buffer is often utilized in a stem cell isolation workflows and flow cytometry sample preparation. Samples of whole blood treated with EDTA, bone marrow, and buffy coats frequently require ACK Lysis Buffer in a lysing workflow.Â
