10X Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS) is a concentrated balanced salt solution that functions as an efficient pH regulator, maintaining physiological pH of 7.2 to 7.6, while influencing the osmotic pressure via balanced salt content. This buffer supports several applications, including bioprocessing, cell culture, immunology, and molecular biology. This product is formulated without calcium and magnesium. This formulation is prepared in WFI-Quality Water.
