The Krebs-Henseleit Solution is a balanced salt solution used in cell culture and tissue preservation to maintain physiological osmotic balance. It contains glucose, magnesium sulfate, potassium phosphate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, and calcium chloride, and can be combined with a buffer solution for additional pH regulation.
