COMPOSITION: 200 mM POPSO [Piperazine-1,4-bis(2-hydroxy-3-propanesulfonic acid), dihydrate] buffer

METHOD: Prepared in 18.2 megohms water and filtered through 0.22-micron filter.

PH: 7.0 +/- 0.15 after dilution with DI water.

STORAGE: Store at 2-8 degrees C. This product is relatively stable under this condition. Best result obtained with use within 6-8 months of purchase.
