Yeast & Malt Extract with Glucose Agar

COMPOSITION: Glucose 4 g/L, Yeast extract 4 g/L, Malt extract 10 g/L and Agar 15 g/L.

METHOD: Prepared in 18.2 megohms water and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121 degree C) for 30 minutes.

STORAGE: Store at 2-8 degree Celsius.
