TSY (Trypticase Soy Yeast) Agar Plates

COMPOSITION: 3% Soy Peptone, 0.3% Yeast extract and 1.5% Agar.
METHOD:¬†All the ingredients were dissolved in 18.2 megohms-cm ± 1 water, pH was adjusted to 7.0 ± 0.2 and autoclaved at 15 psi, 121 degree Celsius for 30 min on liquid cycle.
STORAGE: Store at 2-8 degree Celsius.
