Phospho-Protein Extraction Buffer IV

COMPOSITION: 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5),150 mM NaCl, 3 mM NaF, 1% CHAPS, 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM beta-glycerophosphate and 10% Glycerol.
METHOD: Prepared in 18.2 megohms water and filtered through 1-micron filter.
STORAGE: Store at 2-8 degree Celsius.
