Anti-rabbit IgG was developed in goats using purified rabbit IgG as the immunogen.
Reacts with all-subclasses of rabbit IgG and with all classes of rabbit immunoglobulins by immunodiffusion and IEP techniques due to the presence of anti-light chains. There was no detectable reactivity with purified human IgG or the IgG in human serum by ELISA assay. Intended use: ELISA 1:20000 / Western Blot 1:5000 / Staining 1:200.
