COMPOSITION: 1% Gelatin, 0.05% Tween-20 and 0.02% Sodium azide in TBS (50 mM Tris-HCl and 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4 ┬▒ 0.2).

METHOD: Prepared in 18.2 megohms water and filtered through 1-micron filter.
