COMPOSITION: Lysis Buffer (His-tag protein purification from E.coli and insect cells) 50 mM Na2HPO4, 300 mM NaCl, and 10 mM Imidazol, 1% Triton X100, pH 8.0.

METHOD: Prepared in 18.2 megohms water and filtered through 1 micron filter.
