COMPOSITION: Glycoprotein isolated from chicken egg white with glycoprotein mol. wt. 66-68 kDa, and subunit mol wt 16 kDa. One unit is the amount of protein that will bind one microgram of d-biotin at pH 8.9. Powder is 98% protein.
