AS-5 Solution

COMPOSITION: 50 mM (9 g/L) Dextrose, 2.22 mM (0.3 g/L) adenine, 28.8 mM (5.25 g/L) mannitol, and 150 mM (8.77 g/L) NaCl.

METHOD: Prepared in 18.2 megohms water and filtered through 0.22 micron filter.

STORAGE: Store at 2-8 Celsius for short term and -20 Celsius for long term.
