Alsever’s Solution

COMPOSITION: 114 mM dextrose, 27 mM trisodium citrate dihydrate, 2.6 mM citric acid and 72 mM sodium chloride

METHOD: Prepared in 18.2 megohms water and filtered through 0.22 micron filter.

PH: pH 6.1 ± 0.15.

STORAGE: Store at 2-8 degree Celsius for short term and -20 degree Celsius for long term.
