COMPOSITION: 0.67% Yeast Nitrogen base, 1% Casein Hydrolysate acid, 0.002% Adenine sulfate, 2% Agar

METHOD: All ingredients dissolved in 18.2 megohms-cm ± 1 water and autoclaved at 15 Psi, 121 degree Celsius for 30 min on liquid cycle.

PH: pH 5.8 ± 0.15.

STORAGE: Store at 2-8 degree Celsius and protect from direct light.
