Composition Tryptone 17 g/L, Soytone-enzymatic digest of soybean meal 5 g/L, sodium chloride 5 g/L, potassium phosphate dibasic 2.5 g/L, dextrose 2.5 g/L and Agar 15 g/L, pH 7.3 ± 0.2. Prepared in 18.2 megohms water and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 psi pressure (121 degree C) for 30 minutes. Store at 2-8 degree Celsius.

250 mM Tris, 27 mM KCl, and 1.37 M NaCl, pH 7.4 ± 0.2. Prepared in 18.2 megohms water and filtered through 1-micron filter. To make 1X, dilute 10-fold with DI water and the pH of the 1X should be 7.4 ± 0.2. Store at room temperature.
